Our head chef Ben Merrylees uses local suppliers “Waghorne’s butchers”, “Wholly Gelato” and “The Cotswold Cheese Company” for their quality ingredients and the best of the season as well as to support local. His menu is based on good, traditional pub food, with his eye for great cooking and taste.
